We are thrilled to announce that our firm has just bought one of Daytona Beach’s most iconic office buildings: the eight-story tower at 149 S. Ridgewood Ave. We’re calling it Lawyer Dude Radopolis — because, honestly, what else could it be called?

This move is about so much more than just office space. It’s a reflection of how far we’ve come and where we’re heading next.
Why Now?
After the passing of my longtime partner, mentor, and friend, Steve Vasilaros, last year, our firm has been growing in new directions. We’ve expanded our team to help more clients, especially those dealing with serious cases like traumatic brain injuries and wrongful deaths. To keep kicking ass for our clients (and keep from stressing about running out of room), it was time for something bigger — and better.
We’re moving into two full floors of the new building, giving us the space we need to keep doing what we do best: fighting for our clients and making sure they get the life-changing settlements they deserve.
A Full Circle Moment
This new office has a special view — I can see the Veterans Memorial Bridge from my desk. That bridge isn’t just any bridge to me. When I served on the Volusia County Council, I helped dream up the idea. I even stayed involved after my term ended, helping to fund and push through the Veterans Memorial Plaza, which officially opens in just a few weeks.
It’s a cool full-circle moment, especially knowing that my great-great-grandfather helped build Daytona’s second bridge back in the 1930s. Now, generations later, I get to keep adding to that legacy.
More Than Just a Law Office
While we’re taking over two floors, the rest of Lawyer Dude Radopolis isn’t going to waste! Some floors will be leased out traditionally, but we’re also setting aside space for creatives and remote workers — a place for people who need office amenities, shared conference rooms, and a little bit of downtown Daytona magic.
If you know me, you know I’m a creative at heart. The same creativity that helped me build the Lawyer Dude brand (and projects like the Megalodon exhibit at MOAS) also fuels our legal work. It’s not just about branding; it’s who I am. I even pulled off a $154+ million verdict a few years back — and yes, I had to wear shoes that day (rare, I know).
Now, I’ve built a strong litigation team so I can stay laser-focused on securing big wins for clients before cases even get to trial — barefoot, of course.

- Frank Molnar at Lifestyle Group (Oceans Luxury Realty) helped seal the deal. Frank joked he’s got a bet going to see if I’ll actually wear shoes in the new building. (Don’t hold your breath, Frank.)
- Tovah Lohman from Starr Real Estate represented the sellers — and even old friends like Ty Lohman are pumped to see Lawyer Dude’s name in big letters downtown.
- Huge thanks to Surety Bank of DeLand and Barwick Banking Company for financing the project. Local banks rock — when I called to ask if it was cool to put “Lawyer Dude” on the side of a skyscraper, they actually laughed… and then said yes.
