Joshua Wagner Lawyer Dude Daytona Beach

A Local Through and Through

Joshua and his wife, Jennifer, are proud fifth-generation residents of Volusia County. They love Daytona Beach and deeply value giving back to the community that has been a cornerstone of their family’s lives for over a century. As a lifelong surfer, Joshua feels a special connection to the ocean and the laid-back lifestyle it represents. With two children, their family is deeply rooted in the area, cherishing the waves, the sun, and the place they call home.

From Prosecutor to Advocate

Josh started his legal journey as a prosecutor for the Seventh Judicial Circuit, where he quickly made a name for himself. He later transitioned to focus on representing individuals who have been wronged or injured due to someone else’s actions. Since 2007, Joshua has dedicated his practice to personal injury law, ensuring his clients receive the respect and justice they deserve.

Serving the Community

In 2008, Joshua was honored to be elected to represent 100,000 residents of Volusia County’s District 2. His commitment to his community was reaffirmed when he was re-elected in 2012. After serving two successful terms, he left the County Council in 2016 with a legacy of positive impact.
